NDIS.LINK is an independent digital platform managed by Scriptify Pty Ltd. We facilitate connections between NDIS participants, support workers, and service providers. This policy outlines how we handle personal information in accordance with the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth) and the NDIS Code of Conduct.
We only collect information necessary to provide our services. This includes:
Identity Data: Name, date of birth, and gender.
Contact Data: Email address, phone number, and physical/postal address.
Business Data (Providers): ABN, business name, registration status, and service specialties.
Financial Data: Payments are processed via Stripe. We do not store your credit card or bank details on our servers; they are encrypted and held by Stripe.
Verification Data: Documentation used to verify the legitimacy of a provider.
Important: NDIS.LINK does not store sensitive health records or NDIS plans. Please do not upload medical documents to the platform.
To protect the NDIS community, Scriptify Pty Ltd performs manual audits on all provider listings:
Audit Process: We verify ABNs and perform direct outreach via phone or email to confirm business legitimacy.
Verified Status: The "Verified" badge is a proprietary mark of NDIS.LINK. It indicates that the provider has passed our initial contact and identity checks. It is not an endorsement of service quality by the NDIA.
We use your data to:
Maintain the Support Worker Portal and provider directory.
Send platform updates, mailers, and NDIS-related news to registered users.
Process payments securely via Stripe.
Comply with the NDIS Quality and Safeguards Commission reporting requirements.
We do not sell your data. We share information only with:
Stripe: For secure payment processing.
Government Authorities: Only when required by law or the NDIS Commission.
Service Partners: Specialized IT partners who assist Scriptify Pty Ltd under strict non-disclosure agreements.
In compliance with the NDIS (Complaints Management and Resolution) Rules 2018, we maintain a transparent process for handling feedback or reports of misconduct.

Our Process:
Acknowledgment: We will acknowledge your complaint within 24–48 hours.
Assessment: We will investigate the matter, which may include contacting the provider involved.
Resolution: We aim to resolve all complaints within 21 business days.
As a project of Scriptify Pty Ltd, we employ enterprise-grade security. All data is stored on secure Australian-based servers (where possible) and is protected by industry-standard encryption (SSL/TLS).
NDIS.LINK does not use automated algorithms to make significant decisions that affect your legal rights. All verification and account suspensions are reviewed by a human team member.
Under the APPs, you have the right to:
Access your data.
Request a correction.
Withdraw consent for mailers/marketing.
Anonymity (you may browse our site without registering, though limited features will be available).
